Douglas Powell
Douglas took on the role of President and CFO at Zurich Capital Partners. in August 2006. In only ten years GCG was named the 20th fastest-growing asset management company in Europe and one of the top emerging M&A Company’s of the year in Switzerland. is a venture capitalist at heart. With an ivy league education he has demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit throughout the course of his business life. He began his career in the tech development and aerospace sectors while residing in London after graduation.
Antonio Carlevale
Antonio has been the Vice President since 2010. His focus at Capital Partners is to listen to customer needs and ensure all services deliver the greatest possible user value. Antonio brings extensive experience in corporate development from his role as the CEO of a small company that developed social networking software in the M&A space in Lugano. Prior to Lugano, Antonio was the Engineering Manager for the workflow team, part of Zilo Graphics and Communication Group, Bern. In this role, Antonio was responsible for the 25+ Person Research and Development team. Antonio graduated with a Masters degree in Computer Engineering.
Pierre-Louis Lefèvre
Pierre-Louis is responsible for internal operations, and building the Zurich Capital Partners team. He is an honor graduate from the prestigious Université de Genève, and his dozen years working within Mergers & Acquisitions and Asset Management worldwide laid the foundation for an understanding of the drivers of positive corporate culture and effective change management. Pierre-Louis’s experience includes HR development, HR management, and operations in roles such as Corporate Vice President and Corporate Director of Customer Service. His most recent experience prior to joining GCG involved uniting five disparate companies into a single integrated operation, rolling out Lean and Six Sigma principles, implementing business decision infrastructure for major projects, and developing project management standards.

Patrick Fischer.
Patrick's detailed approach to all underwriting matters make him one of the most detailed analysts at CGC. No stone remains unturned as all matters are analyzed from every perspective. Every problem is examined, re-examined and then examined again until its completely exhausted. Patrick has single handily created our due diligence procedures and is always on the forefront of strengthening our approach to how files are managed by our firm. Patrick is tireless in his efforts to improve our firm's file management and creates the protocols that will ensure efficiency and timeliness throughout the process.
Robert Philips
Robert Philips is the European leader of Zurich Capital Partners’s services division. He specializes in delivering strategic advice, comprehensive due diligence, sell-side advisory services and deal structuring guidance for leading European and Asian equity funds as well as strategic buyers and government. He also frequently advises on M&A best practices for law firms, professional associations, MBA classes and at seminars.
Emily Zhang
Emily is a team member specialising in international tax, with a focus on Asian and South American inbound investment into Switzerland and in structured finance and financial services. Emily currently provides guidance to a wide range of multinationals in the transportation, real estate and banking sector.
Henri Petit
Henri joins us fresh out of Business School in New York. His fresh approach and visionary goals brings a lot of youthful energy and ideas to our office. Tempered with theexperience of our other colleagues, Henri’s approach to everyday business ventures is indicative of our firm's approach to most undertakings, "Youthful energy and approaches tempered by experience and attention to detail". GCG looks forward too many great years with Henri and can only be pleased to share in the great many successes with Henri in the near future.
David Morgan
David has 15 years of experience in management consulting, serving clients forcorporate strategy and operational effectiveness engagements in M&A and turn-around situations in the UK, Canada and Switzerland. David has a specific knowledge of the investment market places in North American and European service sectors
